[CinCV TNG] VideoScope plugin

[Igor BEGHETTO]

The VideoScope plugin in the RGB parade shows the graph with "dot 
density solid", then its use is limitated.
Others NLEs use a kind of gradient, more useful.
I added an image: on the left, the CinGG version; on the right, the 
Kdenlive version (same videoframe).
What do you think, about?
