[CinCV TNG] Connect In and Out point with a line

If technically possible, It might be useful to connect In and Out points 
with a line (3-5 pixels?).
Scenario:
We have In and Out points in the main Timeline. Due to zoom you can't 
see them (yes, on Compositor you can see but it is not easy). Then we 
add effects and/or keyframes in a highlight zone but keyframe value 
doesn't work because In and Out points are set.
