[CinCV TNG] Viewer: Timecode not stopping at the end of the video

Hi Igor,

I reported the bug with the time code a few weeks/months ago. The bug is 
known, but not yet fixed.

I like your suggestion with the In & Out - point. This makes the 
operation even more intuitive.
