[CinCV TNG] cinelerra .xml + an abbreviation

To make it as an option in Prefs. that is disabled by default.
Why not ?
Have you ever tried to find a project file you need among a heap of xml
made in different branches?
The reference to confused newcomers is not my fantasy. I can give a real
link, but it's in Russian.
