[CinCV TNG] Crash when editing video, SEGV at 0x7FD6245F57D5

I was using OpenSUSE Tumbleweed then, now I'm using Antergos because of Real time kernel. If you include libjbig.so.2 to pkg build, please do it that way, if not - please providee a static version.
