[CinCV TNG] Clips and Proxy

Thanks for your hard work. I would like to test a new fix but I would to 
use a build version . As you say, if you could create a special tar 
(mint18.2-static or ub16.04-static) I'll be glad to test it.
Excuse me, what is the difference between static vs no-static (dynamic)?
