[CinCV TNG] Cinelerra for ubuntu 18?

Hi Phyllis,

I have A LOT of plugins. I do audio production (for dialog) on the
GNU/Linux side of things.

It would sort of be like untangling spaghetti.

Windows is still the go-to for video production for now. I will try
again though. I keep the dream alive.
