[CinCV TNG] Cin 5.1 GG Proxy

I think I run into this unexpected multiplication of project/track size, and it
was reason why I 'reinvented' two-files workaround for rendering..in my case
there was 1080p file and 1/4 scale factor - so, after attempt at resetting
proxy setting to 'original' I suddently got extreme image 7680 * 4320 ...and it
failed to even display properly in compositor window with OpenGL. So, I just
avoided touching proxy setting again for final rendering ..I was not sure was
it bug, error on my side, incomplete implementation, or something else. Thanks
Igor for confirming my unpublished observations, and thanks GG for working on
those bugs!
