[CinCV TNG] Fwd: to create time scaled media

ps: I attached cinelerra-gg_mainWindow-screenshot02.png

it visualises the audio dropouts.


pps: the speed handles shown in
cinelerra-gg_mainWindow-screenshot.png from my previous mail
are either speed 1 or speed 60.
