Load it to the program. With it, it's easy to understand how 'seeking' and
'playing' work
and how to properly set in/out points  (for cutting or deleting) during editing
using 'seeking' or 'playing' modes.

I can report that on another planet of Cin's galaxy, which is called
Cin-CVE, " *all frames the start and end time of display is known. The

There's no difference between using the insertion point (i.e. cursor) and
the buttons there. You always get the next frame (to the right of the cursor)
in Compositor.
