[CinCV TNG] MPEG-2 native lossless editing without re-encoding

I feel that if you have a MPEG2-TS with H.264 ou MPEG2 video codecs,
this is only possible if you use I-only source material, or at least do
the cuts in the EDL in the I-frame boundaries.
