I see that Adam changed the parameter `Scaling equation` in 4.6.1 >

*Video scaling is now either nearest neighbor or bicubic, but never linear.*

There is Low quality and High quality here

AFAIU  from playbackprefs.C :
"Low quality" means NEAREST_NEIGHBOR
"High quality" means Bicubic enlarge and bilinear reduce"
