[CinCV TNG] Cin5.0 glitches at startup on openSUSE 42.1

Help needed;

In lack of another build, I've installed 
cinelerra-5.0-opensuse-13.2-x86_64-20151221.txz (for openSUSE 13.2) on 
openSUSE Leap 42.1 with Gnome 3.16.2

Hardware and driver in use

/sbin/lspci -nnk | grep VGA -A2
01:05.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. 
[AMD/ATI] RS880 [Radeon HD 4290] [1002:9714]
     Subsystem: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. Device [1043:8454]
     Kernel driver in use: radeon


Extended system ffmpeg on Leap 42.1 from Packman:
ffmpeg 2.8.5-53.1


I used /home/Cinelerra as installation home directory (instead of /opt)


The startup output messages in a Gnome 3.16.2 terminal (the same either 
as user or root)

Any idea what the terminal messages tell and is caused of?
(they didn't appear when when I installed Cin-cV 2.3 rpm build from packman)

Q2
There is no Gnome program menu entry nor startup icon for Cin5.0 
searching for it.
(In comparison Cin-CV 2.3 from packman had both parts)

Is it possible to get Cin5 (re)build for openSUSE 42.1 directly?
