Short answer: you do not have 3DLET-italic font installed. Something
else is substituted.
Long answer: Normally fonts come in at least 4 variants normal, italic,
bold, bold-italic. Then if you select for example italic - italic
version of the font is used. The problem arises when you do not have
italic variant. What font to use then?
The best solution is to limit possible font variants in GUI. For example
when you select 3DLET you cant select neither bold nor italic. But there
are more than 4 variants of fonts possible - there are 11 weights and 4
slants defined. This means redesign of GUI and compatibility issues with
The current solution is when you select bold or italic to substitute the
font with first bold or italic font found. It works with ordinary fonts.
But it may be quite confusing with extra fonts. For example you must
select bold when you want to see Ampoule.
