Yes ! I spoke here on this issue. Yesterday, I sent a message, but it got to
the moderator and still does not appear in the list.
So I duplicate it again.
-----------------
Wheel of my mouse is not supported pushed to the left and right (only be
turned up/down).
I share my impressions of this patch.
Here's an example.
http://savepic.ru/6935233.png
The mouse pointer is located near the Video-track 3.
If I rotate the mouse wheel down to move down on the window, occurs a
highlights
( illuminates ) of all the tracks.
But this I do not need. I just want to scroll down the mouse wheel tracks.
I have to constantly to reset this selection. Is it possible to turn off the
highlights when scrolling?

If the mouse pointer is on a curve, the random rotation of the wheel
mouse leads
to unwanted keyframe. Is it possible to block it?

 --------------
Steps to reproduce:
I move the mouse pointer to the free space on the right.

I rotate the mouse wheel. Occurs highlighting the traks.
I scaled timeline by rotating the mouse wheel and holding the Shift-key.
The 'fit selection to display' button does not work.

I attached to letter my screencast
