[CinCVS] Cinelerra on OSX - new patch

Hi everybody!

Just in case anybody is interested in running Cinelerra on MacOS X:
I just updated the old patch to work with the current SVN version.

This is the first raw version and it still needs some cleanup, but I  
surely would like to see it commited to svn one day!

Missing Features:
- no firewire support
- no ALSA or OSS (esd is supported, though)
- no cdripper plugin
- no renderfarm

3rd party libraries (courtesy fink unstable & darwinports):
fink install libdv4 libjpeg mjpegtools2-dev mjpegtools a52dec a52dec- 
dev \
              lame lame-dev faac faac-dev libfaad1-dev faad libtiff \
              libvorbis0 libtheora0 openexr openexr-dev libsndfile1-
